About Kwezi Child Foundation

About us

Inspiring and equipping communities to reach their divine potential

Kwezi Child Foundation (KCF) is a registered non-governmental organisation dedicated to transforming lives by supporting orphans, vulnerable children, and women across Uganda. Established in 2016 (NGO Registration No. INDR13770919NB), KCF was founded on the core values of compassion, dignity, and hope, with a mission to uplift those facing the harsh realities of poverty and neglect.

The foundation was born from a life-changing experience by our founder, Eddie Kwezi, during a visit to Eastern Uganda. Deeply moved by the conditions he witnessed—children suffering from hunger, extreme poverty, and jigger infestations—he was compelled to take action. What began as a heartfelt response to human suffering has grown into a purpose-driven organisation making a lasting impact in communities every day.

At KCF, we believe that every individual has inherent worth and untapped potential. Through targeted support programs, community outreach, and empowerment initiatives, we work to restore dignity, inspire hope, and create sustainable change. Our goal is not only to meet immediate needs but also to equip individuals and communities with the tools they need to build a better future.
